  1. Information We Collect.

We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability. Additionally, Mountain Hawk Corporation reserves the right (and you authorize Mountain Hawk Corporation) to communicate any information about you (including, but not limited to your policy violations, ended items, and item status) to other users and law enforcement as we in our sole discretion determine necessary or appropriate to maintain a level of trust and safety in our community and to enforce our Privacy Policy and any posted policies or rules applicable to services you use through our site.
  5. Control of Your Password.
    You are responsible for all actions taken with your password, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you choose to share your password or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your password and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
  6. Reviewing and Changing Your Personally Identifiable Information.
    We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the site and entering in the new information yourself. Generally, we will not modify your information based on your request because it is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. You can change your email address, contact information and user preferences by going the registration section. You must promptly update your information if it changes. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account, contact information, billing information from our active databases to prevent your information from being shared with other users. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.

    We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

    We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amend terms on our site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site.
